What is the SCA, you ask? Well, for a very detailed description, click here. A very basic description would be medieval recreation, without the bad stuff (no black plague, no public floggings). People in the SCA do many different things. Some are fighters, either heavy fighters or rapier fighters. Some are into the Arts and Sciences. Some do Archery. There is a King and Queen, which changes every 6 months, and each Barony has it's own Baron and Baroness. We are members of the Company of Saint Ulrich, headed by Sir Godric ap Rhys

| Olcan MacMeanma (mka Jerry Hubbard) is a Heavy Fighter, and attends fighter practice in the Barony of Glymm Mere every Thursday night. He can be seen at many wars and tournaments in areas relatively close to Glymm Mere, and is always at Autumn War in September. In 2004, he won his first Tournament, a torchlight tournament held at Autumn War. He generally fights with a axe or Glave, but has been known to fight with two swords on occasion, too. | |

| Muireann inghean ui Rodain (mka Carrie Hubbard) mainly enjoys watching her Lord fight in the wars and tournaments. She has recently started getting into Archery, but isn't very experienced yet. She is very good at shopping merchant's row, however. Muireann has recently been appointed as the Deputy Chamberlain and Web Mistress for the Barony of Glym Mere. | |
